Britam Insurance Tanzania is seeking applications from qualified medical service providers; which includes Hospitals, Health Centers, Polyclinics, Dispensaries and Retail Community Pharmacies.

- Certificate of Incorporation (where applicable)
- Certificate of Registration by Ministry of Health
- Valid Business License
- TIN Certificate
- Company/Facility Profile
- Competitive Price List in EXCEL Format
- Any other statutory legal document
NB: Medical Service providers with an existing contract with Britam Insurance (Tanzania) Limited should not apply.
