We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our students.

Position Overview:

As an Early Childhood Education Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early learning experiences of our students. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education and a genuine passion for fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Foster a nurturing and supportive classroom environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor the progress of each child and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for students.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• Not less that 3 years teaching experience
• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education.
• A diploma from a Montessori college is an added advantage.
• Relevant teaching experience in an early childhood setting.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Good command of English language
