JOB INTERVIEW INVITATION

The Secretary of the Public Service Employment Secretariat on behalf of the Fisheries Research Institute (TAFIRI), Fair Competition Commission (FCC), MDAs & LGAs, and Tanzania National Parks (TANAPA) would like to inform all job applicants that interviews are expected to be conducted from 22-02-2024 to 26-02-2024, and thereafter successful applicants will be assigned workstations.

Interviewees invited for the interview should adhere to the following instructions:

1. The interview will take place starting from the dates indicated in this announcement; the time and location for the interview are specified for each cadre.
2. Each interviewee must arrive at the interview venue wearing a face mask.
3. Each interviewee must have an identification document for recognition.
4. Acceptable identification documents include: Resident ID, Voter ID, Employment ID, Citizenship ID, or Passport.
5. Interviewees are required to bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from birth certificates, Form IV, VI, Diplomas, Bachelor’s degrees, and onwards depending on the applicant’s qualifications.
6. Interviewees who submit Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of results, or form IV and form VI results slips will NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WITH THE INTERVIEW.
7. Each interviewee will be responsible for their own food, transportation, and accommodation.
8. Each interviewee must adhere to the date, time, and place assigned for the interview.
9. Applicants who have studied outside Tanzania should ensure that their certificates are verified and endorsed by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
10. Job applicants whose names did not appear in this announcement should understand that they did not meet the criteria. Therefore, they should not hesitate to apply again when job vacancies are announced and should consider the requirements of the relevant announcement.
11. For cadres that require registration with their respective Professional Boards, applicants must come with their original registration certificates and work licenses.
12. All interviewees are advised to ensure they enter their account numbers and copy the test number since these numbers will not be provided on the day of the interview.
13. All interviewees are informed that the weather in Dodoma City is cold, so they are advised to wear clothes suitable for cold weather.
