| QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE | Holder of form four Certificate with one of the following qualifications; Trade Test II/LevelII, National Vocational Award II (NVA II) in Civil Technology or Basic Certificate in CivilTechnology (Painting), Basic certificate in rail Track Technology or equivalent qualification from recognized institution. |
