The Executive Secretary, Tanzania National Examinations Council, wishes to inform all prospective candidates intending to sit for the Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE) in May 2025 as private candidates that;
The normal registration period for private candidates will be from July 1 to September 30, 2024, with a fee of 50,000 shillings. However, those who register late, i.e., from October 1 to October 31, 2024, will pay 65,000 shillings and there will be no further registration after October 31, 2024.
Registration will be done online. Also, before registering, applicants should go to the Examination Centers to get the Reference Numbers provided for free and make payment of fees through the bank using the ‘Control Number’.

All applicants are urged to ensure they register early as the registration system will be closed after the registration period is over.
