DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
i. Provide administrative and operational advice on daily health-related activities to leaders and various stakeholders.
ii. Manage resources and tools for delivering health services.
iii. Coordinate the preparation of health plans in the workplace.
iv. Coordinate the preparation of financial estimates for health-related activities.
v. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual operational and implementation reports.
vi. Coordinate relationships between health service centers and clients/communities.
vii. Coordinate services for patients who are unable to contribute to the costs of health services.
viii. Coordinate administrative referral procedures for patients.
ix. Coordinate, analyze, and store health statistics and records.
x. Serve as secretary for Health Services Management Committee meetings.
xi. Prepare the work schedule for employees in the workplace.
xii. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor related to education, experience, and skills.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Employed individuals with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services Administration from a government-recognized university.
