DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
i. Conducting vision examinations and treatments
ii. Referring patients to higher levels that require more expertise
iii. Providing counseling
iv. Maintaining and repairing optical equipment
v. Making and adjusting all types of eyeglasses
vi. Performing other tasks assigned by their supervisor related to their education, experience, and skills.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Hiring individuals with a Diploma in Optometry Technology from a government-recognized institution, registered with the Optometrists Board.
REMUNERATION:
According to the salary scales.
