DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Secretary of the Street Committee
2. Chief Executive of the Street
3. Coordinator for the implementation of Policies and Laws enforced by the Council in the Street.
4. Advisor to the Street Committee on development plans in the Street
5. Supervisor of the implementation of Minor Laws and other applicable laws in the Street.
6. Advisor to the Street Committee on Security and Safety issues
7. Supervisor of the implementation of various strategies related to the eradication of hunger and poverty in the Street.
8. Oversee the collection of Council revenue and maintain records of all taxpayers
9. Prepare and maintain a register of all Street residents
10. Accountable to the Ward Executive Officer.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
To be employed with a secondary education of form four/six having completed a Diploma / Certificate (NTA LEVEL 5) in one of the following fields: Administration, Law, Social Education, Financial Management, Community Development and Art Science from Hombolo Local Government College or any other government recognized college.
