The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat on behalf of the Tanzania National Parks Authority (TANAPA) would like to inform all job applicants who applied for positions that the interviews are expected to be conducted from 03-08-2024 to 16-08-2024, ultimately assigning work stations to candidates who pass the interview. Candidates invited for the interview should adhere to the following instructions:

• The interview will take place on the dates indicated in this announcement, and the time and location for each position are specified.
• Each candidate must arrive at the interview venue wearing a mask.
• Each candidate must have an identification document for verification;
• Acceptable identification documents include: Resident ID, Voter ID, Employment ID, Citizenship ID, Passport, or a letter of identification from your local government/village.
• Candidates are required to bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, including birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Degree, and higher qualifications depending on the applicant’s qualifications.
• Candidates who present Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of results, or results slips for Form IV and VI will NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WITH THE INTERVIEW.
• Each candidate will be responsible for their own food, transportation, and accommodation.
• Each candidate should pay attention to the date, time, and location assigned for the interview.
• For applicants who studied outside Tanzania, ensure that their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
• Job applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should note that they did not meet the requirements. Therefore, they should not hesitate to apply again when job vacancies are announced and should adhere to the requirements of the respective announcement.
• For positions that require registration with their Professional Boards, candidates should come with their ORIGINAL registration certificates along with work licenses.
• All candidates invited for the interview should ensure they log into their accounts and copy their examination numbers, as these numbers will not be provided on the day of the interview.
• All candidates are informed that the weather in Dodoma City is cold, so you are advised to wear clothing suitable for cold weather.
