The Secretary of the Public Service Employment Secretariat on behalf of Bugando Hospital, Mzinga Organization would like to inform all job applicants that interviews are expected to be conducted from 23-07-2024 to 09-08-2024, ultimately assigning workstations to applicants who pass the interview. Candidates called for the interview must adhere to the following instructions:

• The interview will take place on the dates indicated in this announcement; the time and location of the interview are specified for each position.
• Each candidate is required to arrive at the interview location wearing a face mask.
• Each candidate must have identification for recognition; acceptable forms of identification include: Resident ID, Voter ID, Employment ID, Citizenship ID, Passport, or a letter of identification from your Local Government/Village.
• Candidates are required to bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from birth certificate, Form IV, VI certificates, Diploma, Degree, and higher depending on the qualifications of the applicant.
• Candidates who present Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of results, Form IV and VI results slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WITH THE INTERVIEW.
• Each candidate will be responsible for their own Food, Transport, and Accommodation.
• Each candidate should pay attention to the date, time, and location assigned for the interview.
• For applicants who studied outside of Tanzania, ensure that their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
• Job applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should note that they did not meet the requirements. Therefore, do not hesitate to apply again when job vacancies are announced and adhere to the requirements of the respective announcement.
• For positions that require registration with their Professional Boards, they must come with their original registration certificates along with work permits.
• All candidates called for the interview should ensure they log into their accounts and copy their examination numbers as those numbers will not be provided on the interview day.
• All candidates are informed that the weather in Dodoma City is cold, so you are advised to wear clothing suitable for cold weather.
