Azam Media Limited is the main production unit of Bakhresa Group’s Broadcast and Media Division.

Using our in-house cutting-edge facilities, we are able to produce quality local contents as per our audience’s preferences which are aired on our channels. Our channels operate on Direct to Home (DTH), Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT) and Over the Top (OTT) platforms.

Collectively, we provide English and Swahili Entertainment, 24/7 Swahili series and movies, local and international sports programmes including live football matches, kids’ entertainment and news bulletins across our various channels.

Azam Media Limited is licensed by the Tanzania Communication Regulatory Authority (TRCA) to produce the content for the channels.

Our business also includes the acquisition of broadcasting and copyright licences for overseas content. We currently cater content for customers across Sub Saharan Africa which is also accessible from anywhere around the world via the mobile application, AzamTV Max APP.
