The Inspector General of Police would like to announce that the youth who applied for jobs in the Police Force through the TANZANIA POLICE FORCE RECRUITMENT PORTAL will have their interviews conducted from July 29, 2024, to August 11, 2024, nationwide.

Applicants from the mainland Tanzania with a Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, and Certificate will have their interviews in Dar es Salaam at the Police Academy (DPA) located on Kilwa Road (Kurasini). Applicants with Form Four and Six education will have their interviews in the regions they selected during the application process.

Applicants from Zanzibar with a bachelor’s degree, Diploma, Certificate, and Form Six and Four education will have their interviews in Zanzibar. For those in Unguja Region, the interviews will take place at the Zanzibar Police Headquarters, and for those in Pemba Region, the interviews will take place at the Office of the Regional Police Commander for South Pemba (Chakechake).

Each candidate is required to arrive with original academic certificates, a birth certificate, a National Identification Authority (NIDA) ID or National Identification number, and sportswear and shoes. Any youth who arrives for the interview after July 29, 2024, will not be accepted.
