ANNOUNCEMENT FOR CALLING FOR AN INTERVIEW

The Secretary of the Secretariat for Employment in Public Service on behalf of the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM), Tanzania Fisheries Research Institute (TAFIRI), MDAs & LGAs, Tanzania Broadcasting Corporation (TBC), Company for Construction and Maintenance of Infrastructure for Transportation and Electricity Distribution (ETDCO), Nyumbu Corporation (TATC), National Institute of Transport (NIT) would like to inform all job applicants that the interview is expected to be conducted from February 20, 2024, to March 4, 2024, in order to finally assign work stations to the successful interviewees. Interviewees who are called for the interview should take note of the following instructions:-
- 1. The interview will take place from the date shown in this announcement and the time and place where the interview will take place has been specified for each cadre.
2. Each interviewee is required to arrive at the interview area wearing a mask.
3. Each interviewee should have an identification for recognition;
4. Accepted identifications include: Residence ID, Voter’s ID, Work ID, Citizenship ID or Passport.
5. Interviewees are required to bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, from birth certificate to standard IV, VI, diploma, degree, Masters and beyond depending on the qualifications of the applicant.
6. Interviewees who submit Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of results, Results Slips for standard IV and VI WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WITH THE INTERVIEW.
7. Each interviewee will cater for their own food, transport and accommodation.
8. Each interviewee should observe the date, time and place assigned for the interview.
9. For applicants who studied outside Tanzania, make sure your certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant Authority (like TCU, NACTE or NECTA)
10. Job applicants whose names did not appear in this announcement should know that they did not meet the criteria. So, they should not hesitate to apply again when job opportunities are advertised and observe the requirements of the respective advertisements.
11. For cadres that are required to register with their professional boards, they should bring their original registration certificates along with their working permits/licences.
12. All interviewees called for the interview should make sure they log into their accounts and record their exam numbers because these numbers will not be provided on the day of the interview.
13. All interviewees are informed that the weather in Dodoma city is cold so you are advised to wear clothes that can withstand cold weather.
