The Secretary of the Public Service Employment Secretariat would like to inform applicants for various positions who participated in interviews between June 23, 2022, and January 22, 2024, that the results of successful applicants for those interviews are as listed in this announcement. The list of these names also includes some candidates who were in the database for various cadres and have been assigned workstations after positions became available.

Successful interviewees are required to collect appointment letters for their workstations at the Offices of the Public Service Employment Secretariat located at the University of Dodoma (UDOM) in the Dr. Asha Rose Migiro Buildings, Cashier’s Office, within seven days from the date of this announcement. After this period, uncollected letters will be sent to their postal addresses.

Furthermore, successful interview applicants who have been assigned workstations are required to report to the employer within the specified time indicated in the appointment letters with original certificates starting from Form Four and onwards for verification by the employer before being issued with the Employment Letter. Those whose names are not listed in this announcement should understand that they did not secure a position or did not pass the interview; thus, they should not hesitate to apply again when job vacancies are announced.

IMPORTANT: Those coming to collect appointment letters for workstations must have identification for recognition; acceptable forms of identification include Citizenship ID, Passport, Resident ID, Voter ID, or Employment ID.
