Head of Finance
Responsibilities
Develop, plan and execute the organisation’s financial strategy
Monitor and provide regular financial reports to management, board and its shareholders
Provide strategic analysis and support to the executive board and management
Develop an accounting function, reporting and internal financial processes
Manage Dealer & Merchant accounting function, reporting, and targets
Manage Multiple Bank & Mobile Money Floats
Provide advice on all trades and future trends of the market.
Qualifications
Min. 4 years in a senior finance position e.g. Finance Manager, CFO
Must be a qualified Accountant and holder of CPA or of similar accreditation
Track record of managing big accounts
Experience in finance within the fintech and telecom industry
Understanding of local and international standards of financial regulations.
Knowledge of various Accounting softwares
Location: Zanzibar
