We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader, with a clear vision, to join our team at Shree Hindu Mandal Secondary School and take it to outstanding heights.
Requirements;
- Post-graduation qualification in Education.
- Evidence of continuous learning/ professional development.
- Minimum 5 years experience in school leadership position.
- Minimum 5 years teaching experience in Secondary school level.
- Proficiency in English, both written & spoken is a prerequisite.
- Lead the implementation of the Tanzanian curriculum with a focus on innovation and transformative practices.
- Champion the integration of ICT into teaching methodologies and learning processes.
- Provide visionary leadership to inspire and motivate teaching staff towards academic excellence.
- Foster a positive school culture that encourages creativity, collaboration, and technology-driven learning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the school’s reputation and community engagement.
