The first and fundamental step for applicants who applied to join SUA is to track the status of their applications. To track the Application Status please follow the steps below:
- Visit the official SUA ESB Online Application System website (http://esb.sua.ac.tz/online/application).
- On the main page, in the menu section on the top right corner, you will see the ‘Login’ link.
- Click there, and you will be directed to the login page, where you can access your account using your Username and Password.
- After logging into your account, you will see a message saying, “Congratulations you have been Selected for the 2024/2025 academic year.”
- If you have multiple admissions, you will see a message notifying you that “You have been selected with Multiple admissions, click here to confirm your admission now.”
Remember that your application status may change at any time; therefore, it is important to regularly check the website for new information and further instructions.
Also, remember that being selected does not mean you have officially admitted at the university; you will still need to complete other procedures such as confirming your admission if you have multiple admissions, paying tuition fees, and course registration.

This process involves logging into the SUA application system and Confirming Admission. Applicants should confirm their admission before 21st September 2024 to avoid losing their placements.
Applicants can confirm their admission at Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA) using the TCU admission code sent to their phone numbers or emails as by following the step by step guide below:
- If you have received your Confirmation Code from TCU, go to the official SUA ESB Online Application System (http://esb.sua.ac.tz/online/application), and log into your account using the “username” and “password” you used during application.
- Click the link or button ‘Confirm Admission’. Use the Confirmation Code sent to you through SMS or Email from TCU, enter the code and then click CONFIRM link.
- You will receive a confirmation message stating that you have successfully confirmed your admission at Sokoine University of Agriculture for the academic year 2024-2025.
- If you did not receive the code, you can request the Confirmation Code by entering your phone number and email address, then click Request Confirmation Code, then follow the procedure above to confirm your selection.
