NOTICE OF CALL FOR INTERVIEW

The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat on behalf of the Vocational Education and Training Authority (VETA) wishes to inform all job applicants who have applied that interviews are scheduled to be conducted from 27-04-2024 to 30-04-2024. Successful candidates will be allocated to their work stations. Applicants called for the interview should follow the instructions below:-

• The interview will be conducted starting from the date shown in this notice, and the time and location for the interview are specified for each cadre.
• Each interviewee must arrive at the interview venue wearing a Mask.
• Every interviewee must have an identification document;
• Acceptable identification includes: Resident ID, Voter’s ID, Work ID, National ID, Passport, or an introductory letter from your Local Government Authority/Village.
• Interviewees are required to come with their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from birth certificates, Form IV, VI, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s degrees and higher depending on the qualifications of the applicant.
• Interviewees presenting Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of results, or results slips for Form IV and VI (Form V and VI results slips) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PROCEED WITH THE INTERVIEW.
• Each interviewee will bear their own costs for Food, Transport, and Accommodation.
• Each interviewee should note the date, time and place they are scheduled for the interview.
• Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE or NECTA).
• Job applicants whose names do not appear in this notice should understand that they did not meet the criteria. Therefore, they are encouraged to reapply whenever job positions are advertised and meet the requirements of the respective notice.
• For cadres that are required to be registered with their Professional Boards, they must come with their original registration certificates and practice licenses.
• All interviewees called for the interview must ensure they log into their accounts and record the exam number as these numbers will not be provided on the day of the interview.
• All interviewees are informed that the weather in Dodoma city is cold, and it is advisable to wear clothes that can withstand cold weather conditions.
