Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and professional Office Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. If you have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
i) Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner ii) Answer and direct phone calls
iii) Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
iv) Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
v) Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
vi) Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
vii) Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies viii) Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
i) Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
ii) Preferably ages 28 and above
iii) Diploma and above in a relevant field
iv) Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
v) Excellent customer service skills
vi) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
vii) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
viii) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
ix) Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
