ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INVITATION TO INTERVIEW
The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat on behalf of the Vocational Education and Training Authority (VETA) wishes to inform all job applicants that interviews are scheduled to be conducted from April 23, 2024, to May 7, 2024, subsequently assigning work stations to the successful candidates. Applicants invited for interviews should adhere to the following instructions:
1. The interviews will take place starting on the dates indicated in this announcement, with the time and location specified for each cadre.
2. Each interviewee is required to arrive at the interview location wearing a Mask.
3. Every Interviewee must have an identification document for verification;
4. Acceptable identification documents include: Resident ID, Voter’s ID, Employment ID, National ID, Passport, or a local government introduction letter from the village/community you come from.
5. Interviewees are required to bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, ranging from birth certificates, secondary education certificates (Form IV, VI), diploma, advanced diploma, bachelor’s degree, and higher qualifications depending on the applicant’s credentials.
6. Interviewees presenting Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of results, and form IV and VI result slips will NOT BE ACCEPTED and will NOT BE ALLOWED TO PROCEED WITH THE INTERVIEW.
7. Each interviewee will bear the costs for food, transportation, and accommodation.
8. Each interviewee should pay attention to the date, time, and place assigned for their interview.
9. Applicants who studied abroad must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
10. Job applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should note that they did not meet the criteria. Therefore, they should not hesitate to reapply when job vacancies are announced, taking into account the requirements of the specific announcement.
11. For cadres that require registration with their Professional Boards, they must come with their original registration certificates and practice licenses.
12. All interviewees called for the interview should ensure they log into their accounts and note their exam number, as these numbers will not be provided on the day of the interview.
13. All interviewees are advised that the weather in Dodoma city is cold, and they should wear clothes suitable for the cold weather.
